We take raw MDF or MFC material, router, cut to size and edge. We have invested significantly in machinery to adhere vinyl and each door is meticulously checked through stringent quality control procedures to ensure it leaves the factory in pristine condition and stands the test of time.

By using the latest advancements in design, material, technology and machinery, our team produce quality products, which can be manufactured with FSC® certification.

We offer 48 designs of doors in over 40 different colours, consisting of a beautiful range of hues across the colour spectrum. From cool blues, fresh greens and neutrals to wood effects that add a touch of luxury to your project, the options are hugely varied. We are constantly innovating to follow the latest trends.

We have a highly skilled workforce who are largely employed in manufacturing and we have a production capacity of up to approximately 25,000 doors and components each week.
